We loved the is characterful cottage. Delightfully appointed accomodation and cosy for winter stays. We had a wonderful Christmas stay and Mandy and Leo did so much to make us feel welcome . Dog was welcomed too by 2 lovely host dogs! We loved the position with easy access to Devon’s Beaches and Exeter and Woodbury Common. I will come again I hope but my elderly relatives much enjoyed their Christmas holiday here! Thanks so much.

This is a great cosy cottage in a wonderful peaceful location but easy access to Exmouth and Devon. Every need is catered for down to the very last detail. Mandy and Leo are very welcoming with a cream tea on arrival. Honey and Sooty their Labradors were very friendly with our dog and we walked with Leo who showed us the beautiful countryside. There is a pub within walking distance and the beach close by. It was a wonderful restful stay and we will visit again.

The cottage was wonderful and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is the perfect breath of fresh air away from city life. Will definitely be visiting again!

Badgersden is a lovely thatched, chocolate box cottage, set in a lovely country lane and only a few minutes from Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth, Budleigh to Exmouth cycle path and the Jurassic Coast Path. We have rented cottages for many years and we consider ourselves to be quite choosy. Badgersden is without doubt, one of the best cottages we have stayed in. We will be staying again and we would recommend the cottage to anyone.
